A GP Assistant is a member of a general practice team who supports GPs by carrying out administrative tasks and some basic clinical duties. Joanne can also take bloods, take blood pressure, perform health checks and various other tasks.

Care Co-ordinators help patients navigate the health and care system, and ensure they receive the right support and care. Nicky can also check blood pressure, perform foot checks, take bloods, perform learning disability reviews and visit patients at home.

Social Prescribers help patients find non-medical solutions to their health needs. They can also help with weight loss, bereavement, loneliness and many other issues.

We have many clinical pharmacists who perform medication reviews and deal with medication queries remotely. All of their appointments are on the telephone and they will call from a withheld number.
