Admin and Dispensary Team

The admin and dispensary team work together to give patients the best experience possible with our surgery. The questions receptionists ask are usually to ensure that patients can see the clinician that is best suited to their needs. This can be misunderstood as invasive or obstructive behaviour but please be rest assured that the questions we ask have been designed to help rather than hinder you. If you are a dispensing patient the dispensary will prepare your medication within 48 hours of you ordering it.
