Online request opening times
Currently you can submit a medical and admin request at all times.
The medical request option will only be closed when we are shut for staff training and may be limited during bank holidays.
Telephone opening times
Our telephone lines are open from 8am until 6.30pm Monday- Friday. They are closed at the weekend.
Dispensary opening times
We are open 9am to 6:30pm weekdays and closed weekends and bank holidays.
The surgery is closed on all weekends and bank holidays.
Staff availability
Enhanced access
If you would like an evening or Saturday appointment, please request this when you contact your practice. Details of your appointment, including the location of your appointment (if booked during enhanced access hours) and how to change or cancel your appointment will be given by reception at the time of booking.
As part of this service, appointments will be available:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 8pm
- Saturdays, 9am to 5pm
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
